Warranty

All Smart Leash Co products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship.  This guarantee does not cover fin cuts, natural wear and tear, neglect or abuse.  Note: sharp fin edges will increase the chance of your leash getting cut.  Smart Leash Co will repair or replace your leash upon inspection of your leash and if the claim is accepted.  Please contact us for warranty inquiries.

Surfing is a HAZARDOUS sport.  Smart Leash Co products are not life safety devices and are intended for convenience purposes only.  They are not intended to compensate for deficient surfing and swimming ability, ocean knowledge, safety precautions or the general lack of common sense.  Smart Leash Co, the distributor and the seller expressly disclaim any liability for any loss or damage caused, directly or indirectly, by these products to any person or any property and the purchaser uses these products at their own risk and hereby releases and indemnifies Smart Leash Co, the distributor and the seller for any such injury, loss or damage.
